Our History Supporting Women and Families
Established in 2013, Cornerstone is Wright County’s only Pregnancy Medical Clinic, 100% donor-funded. Our services are no-cost and non-judgmental support for unexpected pregnancies and young families.

Who We Are
We at Options for Women | Cornerstone are dedicated to offering a no-cost, private and respectful environment to those facing unexpected pregnancies and sexual health concerns. Services include pregnancy and STD testing, limited obstetrical ultrasounds, peer counseling and education classes. Our nurses and trained professionals are passionate about providing women and men the information and resources they need to make the best decisions they can in their unique situation. Our organization recommends life affirming services, therefore we do not recommend or refer for abortions.
