In 2013 Options for Women Cornerstone opened as a Pregnancy Medical Clinic and Resource Center located in St. Michael MN. It is currently the only one located in Wright County. Cornerstone offers private, non-judgmental consultations for women and men who find themselves in an unexpected pregnancy or have small children and just need a little extra boost from the hardships life may throw at them.
Cornerstone is 100% no-cost and 100% donor funded! We offer medical grade pregnancy testing, limited ultrasounds, parenting education, STD testing and treatment, material assistance and personalized referrals when additional help is necessary. Cornerstone operates under the medical license of a board-certified physician specializing in obstetrics and gynecology. We have several on staff registered nurses, including nurses certified in lactation support and CPR instruction. We also have a certified life coach and a MN state licensed teacher to run the education program.
Why do we do this? Because we, at Cornerstone, know that every person is valuable and sacred; that every person is unique and created in the image and likeness of God. In the heart of every woman is the longing to be heard. To be understood. To be believed in. To be seen for her unique beauty, the beauty she often doesn’t see in herself. At Cornerstone, we strive to give her the hope and courage to say ‘yes’ to the life of her baby. To provide options that they both can live with.
